• 250 gram melted butter
• 3 + ½ eggs
• 77,5 gram soft unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 500 gram Funcakes Special Edition mix for American Brownie and 250 gram melted (cream) butter. Add 3 eggs and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Cover the spring form with parchment paper. Spray with baking spray. Put the batter in the spring form.

Mix 250 gram FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Sweet Cookie & Crust, 77,5 gram butter and ½ egg. Knead into a firm dough. Mix at low speed into crumbles. Add chocolate drops to taste. Put this on top of the brownie batter and bake for about 45 minutes until the crumbs are golden. Put in the fridge for at least three hours, for the brownie to stiffen.
