Ine Paauw's Sweet Valentine's Table

Ine Paauw, semi-finalist of Heel Holland bakt 2017, made a gorgeous Sweet Valentine's Table with products from Deleukstetaartenshop! How romantic would it be to surprise your loved one with delicious sweet treats. Keep reading for romantic baking inspiration from Ine Paauw.

First, the white fondant cake with golden flowers, which has a delicious filling of layers of crème Suisse, raspberry jelly and a touch of almond liqueur. The sponge of the cake was made with the FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake.To enrich the cookie Ine used anise, pepper and cinnamon an then she covered the cake with the FunCakes fondant white. The flowers were glued on with FunCakes Edible Glue.

The cupcakes were made with the FunCakes Baking Mix for Cupcakes, filled with amaretto liqueur, apricot jelly and crème Suisse. The topping on the cupcakes was made with the FunCakes Mix for Buttercream and with homemade fondant roses. Finally the cupcakes are decorated with the FunCakes Sugar Pearls.

 

The Cookie Cake in the shape of a heart is made with FunCakes Mix for Cookies. The tufts between and on the cookies are made with cream of milk chocolate ganache and chili flakes. An exciting combination that brings out the chocolate well. To add extra shine to the cookie cake we used the Sugarflair Pump Spray Glitter Powder Dark Gold.

The mini cupcakes are baked in the House of Marie Mini Baking Cups Foil Gold. In combination with the Wilton Recipe Right Mini Muffin Pan you can easily bake small cupcakes! These cupcakes are decorated with buttercream, for this you can also use FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream.

 

This delicious heart-shaped red velvet stack cake is made in a heart shaped cake pan. The cake is made from the FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet Cake, tempered in rose water. At last, the cake is filled with cream cheese frosting and decorated with the FunCakes Edible Dry Flowers Rose Petals.

With the FunCakes mix for Macarons you can easily make these romantic macarons. Ine made the heart-shaped macarons with the Silikomart Macaron Mat Heart. Ine colored the macarons and sprinkled them with the FunCakes Edible Dry Flowers Rose Petals. The filling is a white chocolate ganache with raspberry jelly and rose extract. For some extra romance, the macarons are decorated with FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Love.

This Love cake was made with FunCakes Baking Mix for Sponge Cake and baked by Ine in the PME Deep Heart Shaped Baking Pan. The filling is a crème Suisse with raspberry jelly and almond liqueur. The heart-shaped cake is frosted with buttercream, made with FunCakes mix for Buttercream. The band was made from FunCakes Sugar Paste Bright White. The word Love Ine made with FMM Love Cutter and FunCakes Marzipan Passion Red. The pink FunCakes Cake Drum Round is ideal for moving the cake around.
