The FunCakes Mix for Macarons is the perfect mix to easily create your own homemade macarons (20-24 pieces). Simply add egg white to the mix and pipe even rounds on a baking tray. If you want coloured macarons just add a bit of FunCakes Dust or Gel Food Colour.

• Only add egg white and add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed and fill a piping bag with the batter. Make circles on a baking tray or use a macaron baking mat and rest for 2 hours.
• You can use this mix to prepare coloured macarons in all you favourite colours. Only add FunCakes FunColours Dust or FunCakes FunColours Gel Food Colour to get the colouor you wish.
• Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 300 g mix with 70 g egg white, add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed for min. 5-6 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles on a macaronmat. Rest for two hours. Preheat the oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C). Bake for 15 minutes.
