World chocolate day: Baking with chocolate
Blown over from America: the World chocolate day on September 13th. What exactly do we celebrate on this day? Mostly the love for chocolate that we (almost) all share! It’s also the birthday of Sir Hershey, who founded the American Hershey Chocolate Company. We think this day is a great excuse to eat some extra chocolate. And you could eat a whole bar of chocolate, but it’s more fun to bake something delicious with it!
Kinds of chocolates to bake with
FunCakes chocolate chunks are bake-proof chocolate pieces. For example, you can knead these through you cookie batter to make delicious chocolate chip cookies! This Chocolate cake with ganache and caramel paste is made using the FunCakes Special Edition mix for Dark Choco Cake. This well filled cake is decorated with sweet popcorn and has a Bebogene drip.
Chocolate mousse
Alright, you don’t bake chocolate mousse but you can make it using products from our shop. Using chocolate melts and chocolate callets you can easily make white, milk or dark chocolate mousse.
