With Betty Crocker Vanilla Buttercream Icing 400 g, you can easily give cakes, pies and cupcakes a delicious vanilla flavour. The creamy icing is ready to use and has a smooth, spreadable texture. Ideal for decorating, filling or covering your bakes with a neat finish.
The contents are sufficient for filling and covering a 20 cm cake or for decorating approximately 27 cupcakes. After opening, store any leftover icing covered in the refrigerator.

Stir the Betty Crocker Icing well at room temperature before use. Spread or pipe the icing onto a completely cooled cake, layer cake or cupcakes. For a glossy finish, first spread a thin layer of icing over the cooled cake. Remove the foil seal completely and microwave the remaining icing, uncovered, for about 20 seconds at 800 W. Stir until smooth and, if needed, heat for an additional 5 to 10 seconds. Pour the icing over the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides. Store any remaining icing covered in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
