Step 1: Prepare the cookie dough
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the package and add 250 grams of finely chopped dates.
Step 2: Shape the cookies
Form balls of about 3 cm and slightly flatten them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave about 2 cm between each cookie, as they will spread during baking.
Step 3: Bake the cookies
Bake the cookies in the center of the preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to cool completely.
Serve the Turkish date cookies on a platter and dust generously with icing sugar.
