Bundt Cake with Drip Baking Package

Baking package content:
- Dr. Oetker Back-freude Classic Mini Bundt Cake Pan 10x5 cm
- FunCakes Baking Mix for Cupcakes 500g
- FunCakes Nonpareils Discomix 80 g
- FunCakes Dip 'n Drip White 375g
Supplies to add yourself:
- 125 grams of butter
- 2.5 egg (125 grams)
- Baking spray
Step 1: Bake the bundt cake
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven). Process the ingredients at room temperature. Mix 250 grams of FunCakes mix for Cupcakes, the butter and eggs on low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Grease the bundt pan and bake the cake for about 60 minutes. Check with a skewer if the cake is cooked, if it comes out clean, the cake is done. Let the cake cool in the tin for a while and then turn it out onto a wire rack. let it cool down.
Step 2: Decorate the turban with icing and sprinkles
Fill a microwaveable bowl with the white fondant icing. Heat for about 1 minute at 340 W in the microwave. Use a spoon to slide the drip over the turban (you can also do this with a piping bag). Decorate directly with the disco mix.
Store the cake in a sealed box outside the refrigerator.
