Make the marshmallows according to the basic recipe or use readymade marshmallows.

Stick the lollipop sticks in the marshmallows and lubricate them with a thin layer of piping gel. Sprinkle some coloured sugar in a bowl and dip the marshmallow in it. Repeat this for the other colours.
