Step 1: Bake the cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and divide the baking cups into Wilton muffin pan. Process the ingredients at room temperature. Make 500 grams of the FunCakes Baking Mix for Cupcakes as directed on the package. Then place the batter into the baking cups and bake the cupcakes for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Let the cupcakes cool well on a cooling rack after baking.
Step 2: Make the Enchanted Cream®
Make 150 grams of the FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as directed on the package. Divide the Enchanted Cream® into four different bowls. Mix the dyes leaf green, ivory and lemon yellow to color 1/4 of the Enchanted Cream® green. Mix the dyes violet and red to color 1/4 part of the Enchanted Cream® purple. Then mix orange and brown to color 1/4 part of the Enchanted Cream® orange. Finally, color 1/4 part of the Enchanted Cream® black.
Step 3: Decorate the cupcakes in Halloween style
First, use the spatula to decorate some cupcakes with Enchanted Cream®. Then fill 3 piping bags with the different colors of Enchanted Cream® using the piping nozzles #1M, #4B and #2A. Pipe swirls and stars on the remaining cupcakes using the different nozzles and decorate with the Halloween decorations, chocolate ghosts and the ghost sprinkle mix.
