Bake the cupcakes according to the instructions on the packaging. Lubricate them with piping gel. Knead the orange and green fondant well true en role them out till until 3 mm thick. Stick out rounds and place them on the cupcakes.

Now make the rolls of red, white and blue fondant. Put these together and roll them out against each other. Stick out the a flag with the flag cutter. Remove the stick from the flag. Roll the black, orange and white fondant thin out. Stick out the black fondant the shirts and pants and decorate them with orange fondant.

Stick out a shoe from black and white fondant. Remove the studs and exchange them with the studs of the white shoe. Cut the top edge of the white shoe en place them on top of the black shoe.  Place the shirts, pants and shoes on the cupcakes.

Stick out some numbers for on the remaining cupcakes, like soccer results. You can also add some numbers to the shirts and pants.
