The Silikomart Kit Tarte Meringue contains out of a 3D mould and a micro-perforated ring. The 3D mould with the shapes of small tufts of meringue has a revolutionary internal border that gives a slight rounded shape to the base of your creations. The special ring is made with an innovative non-stick plastic material, perfect for homogenous oven cooking. Use this kit make a delicious tartelette, cake or meringue pie.

The kit is developed together with Christina Leopold, a Irish pastry chef.

The Silikomart mould is suitable for the oven, refrigerator and blast chiller. It can resist temperatures from -60°C up to 230°C. The mould is washable in the dishwasher.
