• ‘Sinterklaas schuimpjes’ : marshmallow-like candy
• ‘Kruidnoten’

Place a piece of parchment paper in the baking pan (20x20 cm). Melt 700 grams pure chocolate melts in the microwave. Stir the chocolate every now and then until it’s liquid. Cut some ‘schuimpjes’ in small pieces and add them to the chocolate together with 50 grams mini marshmallow, 85 gram Smarties and half a bag of ‘kruidnoten’. Stir this. If you think it’s to liquid, add some more ‘kruidnoten’. Pour it in the baking pan, smooth the top and place some Smarties on top. Let it stiffen in the fridge. Then take the rocky road out of the baking pan. Use a sharp knife to cut it into large chunks.
