With the Renshaw Flower & Modelling Paste White 1kg you can effortlessly create beautiful sugar flowers and refined decorations, even for larger projects. The Renshaw Flower & Modelling Paste White 1kg has been specially developed for modelling realistic flowers, elegant figures and fine details that perfectly hold their shape. Thanks to its fine, smooth texture you can work with great precision, while the paste is firm enough to allow thinly rolled petals to dry beautifully.
The white colour forms the perfect base and can easily be coloured with food colouring in paste or gel form. The larger pack is ideal for intensive use, workshops or professional applications.

Knead the paste thoroughly with your fingers until it becomes smooth, soft and elastic. This makes the paste easier to work with and helps prevent cracks while rolling. Roll the paste out thinly with a rolling pin on a lightly dusted surface with icing sugar to prevent sticking.
For best results, work with small quantities at a time and keep the remaining paste tightly wrapped to prevent it from drying out. Use cutters or modelling tools to create flowers, figures or fine details. Allow the decorations to air dry completely before placing them onto your cake or baked goods.
