The Progel from Rainbow Dust is a highly concentrated colouring! A small amount of colouring is enough to give your creations a deep rich colour. This means that the tubes lust a long time. You can use this food colouring from Rainbow Dust to colour fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sponge cake, candy melts and more.

Each gel is packed in a colour coordinated and clean-to-use plastic tube. The tubes contains a tamper evident seal under the screw top. Simply peel away and squeeze the gel out of the tube. No more messy containers making your tool box full of colour spots.

How to use: add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead it until the colour blends. Knead it well till the desired colour. Now the coloured fondant or marzipan is ready to use on your cake! The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilo of ready made product.
