With the Rainbow Dust ProGel Black you can easily colour fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sponge cake, candy melts and more. Thanks to the highly concentrated formula, only a small amount is needed to achieve a deep and vibrant shade.
The colour coordinated tube features a tamper evident seal and offers clean, controlled dispensing. No more messy jars or colour stains, and the 100 g size is ideal for frequent bakers or large batches.

Add a small amount of ProGel® to the product of your choice and mix or knead thoroughly until the colour is fully incorporated, no streaks are visible, and you achieve an even colour. Add more drops until the desired colour is achieved. The colours may darken slightly if left to stand for a while.
Humectant: E422, colour: E122, E102, E133, water, modified starch (tapioca).
E122 and E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk and nuts.
