Can you use products after the best before end (BBD) date?

The products guarantees the quality of the product until the stated BBD date. From that date, the taste and/or appearance of the product may slowly deteriorate. If the BBD date has passed, the product can often still be used, but then it is good to take a look, smell and taste whether the product is still good. On the other hand, products with a 'use by' date (use by date) can no longer be consumed after the expired date. These are often products such as meat and fish.
