Ingredients

• FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes 250 g
• FunCakes Deco Melts Yellow 200 g
• FunCakes Deco Melts Purple 200 g
• FunCakes Deco Melts Pink 200 g
• FunCakes Deco Melts White 200 g
• FunCakes Chocolate Melts Puur 100 g
• 2,5 egg
• 125 g butter

• House of Marie Baking cups White - pk/50
• Oetker Peppa Pig & Friends - Silicone Mini Cakes Tin
• Microwave-safe bowls

Step 1: Make the batter for the cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Prepare 250 grams of FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes with 2.5 eggs and 125g of butter as indicated on the package. Place baking cups in the muffin pan. Fill the baking cups with the batter and bake the cupcakes for about 19-22 minutes until light brown and cooked through, then allow them to cool.

Step 2: Melt the deco melts

Melt the FunCakes Deco Melts in all colours in bowls according to the instructions on the packaging in the microwave. Spread the Deco Melts into the Peppa Pig mold using the rounded side of a teaspoon and allow it to set in the refrigerator. Repeat this process at least 2 more times.

Step 3: Make the cake bites

Melt the FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark  according to the instructions on the packaging in the microwave. Crumble the cupcakes and mix them with the melted chocolate until you have a dough. Fill the molds with the dough, making sure it doesn't exceed the edges of the mold. Cover the top with melted Deco Melts and allow it to set well in the refrigerator. Carefully remove the cake bites from the mold.
