Patisse Proofing Basket with Liner 28x13cm

With the Patisse Proofing Basket with Liner, you can allow bread dough to rise evenly while helping it retain a beautiful shape during proofing. Lightly dust the dough cloth with flour and place the shaped dough inside the basket with the seam facing up. Allow the dough to rise according to the recipe, then carefully turn the basket over onto a baking tray or baking pan.

The included dough cloth helps prevent the dough from sticking to the basket and makes it easier to remove the dough after proofing.
