With the Patisse Garnish Ring, you can easily create perfect and professional plating. Fill the ring with, for example, rice, tartare or mousse and press it down with an expressor for a neat result. Ideal for beautifully presented starters, desserts or small pastries. The ring is also suitable for baking; make sure to grease it well before using it in the oven.

This stainless steel ring has a diameter of 7 cm and a height of 3.5 cm. Heat-resistant up to 230°C.
