Achieve the perfect thickness for your dough with the Patisse Rolling Pin Spacer Set. Place the spacers on each side of the dough and roll with a rolling pin for an even, professional result. Ideal for cookies, pie dough, Sugar Paste and marzipan.
- Rolling dough to an even thickness.
- Set of 6 spacers in 3 different thicknesses: 3, 5 and 10mm.
- Suitable for dough, Sugar Paste and marzipan.
Place the spacers on both sides of the dough. Roll with a rolling pin until the desired thickness is reached. Clean with a damp cloth after use and dry thoroughly.
