Create a classic Charlotte with the Nordic Ware Cake Pan Charlotte Ø21.5cm. The elegant vertical ridges are inspired by the traditional French Charlotte Russe dessert, giving your cake, mousse or chilled creation a refined appearance. Made from heavy cast aluminium, the pan provides even heat distribution for perfectly golden baking results.
The premium non stick coating ensures effortless release while preserving every decorative detail. The cake pan has a capacity of 1.4 l, is oven safe up to 220 °C, PFAS free and made in the United States. Hand washing is recommended for optimal performance and long lasting use.

Grease the baking pan thoroughly with butter or baking spray before each use and, if desired, lightly dust it with flour for the best baking results. Fill the pan with batter and bake according to your recipe. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing it. Clean the baking pan by hand with warm water and mild dish soap after use. The baking pan is not dishwasher safe. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning products to protect the nonstick coating.
