Ingredients
- 250 g Wilton Candy Melts® - Light Cacao
- 100 g Wilton Candy Melts® - White
- FunCakes Sugar Strands Mix 70 g
Tools
- Wilton Lollipop Sticks 15cm, pk/35
- Wilton Long Candles -White-
- Wilton Disposable Decorating Bags pk/12
Step 1: Prep
Insert the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows.
Step 2: Melt the Candy Melts
Melt the Choco Candy Melts in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging. Dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate and place them upright in a dummy or holder. Allow to set in the fridge.
Step 3: Finish the pops
Trim the candles slightly and place them into the holders. Carefully press a candle with holder into the top of each dipped marshmallow. Melt the White Candy Melts in the microwave as per the instructions and pour into a decorating bag. Snip off a small tip and pipe around the base of the candle, letting the chocolate drip slightly down the sides for a ‘melting wax’ effect. Immediately sprinkle with FunCakes Sugar Strands Mix and leave to set in the fridge again.
