Description

Enhance your candy-making with Lorann Invertase - 30ml, a natural enzyme that transforms fondant from solid to liquid. Perfect for creating creamy centers in treats like cherry cordials and cream eggs, this versatile ingredient offers:

  • Moisture Retention: Keeps your baked goods and candies moist and delicious.
  • Prevents Crystallization: Ideal for smooth ganache centers.
  • Efficient Reaction: Adjust the amount for faster liquefying of fondant.

For best results, add invertase to moist fondant and store your candies at room temperature to speed up the process. Keep refrigerated for maximum shelf-life. Typical application rate is 0.1 to 0.25 percent of the total.

Ingredients: glycerol, invertase.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

This product is: Kosher certified.

Store in a dry place. Do not expose to sunlight for a long period of time.
