Suggested starting usage levels:
- 1 tablespoon per 1 quart of ice cream or yogurt base.
- 30 to 60 ml (0.7–1.4%) per 3.7 l of ice cream or yogurt base.
- 1 to 2 teaspoons per 473 ml of milkshakes, smoothies and nutritional drinks.
- 1 to 3 teaspoons per standard size cake.
- 1 to 3 teaspoons per standard batch of cookies.
- 1 to 2 teaspoons per 3 cups of frosting.
- ½ teaspoon per 225 ml beverages (cocktails, tea, sparkling water, lemonade).
- 1 to 2 teaspoons per 1 liter (cocktails, tea, sparkling water, lemonade).
