Baking package content:

• FunCakes baking mix for Biscuits 500 grams
• FunCakes Rolled Fondant Multipack Pastel Colors 5x100g
• FunCakes Edible Marker Black
• Wilton Animal Cookie Cutter Set/50

Supplies to add yourself:

• 150 grams of butter
• 1 egg
• Rolling pin or rolling pin
• Baking tray with baking paper
• Flour and icing sugar for dusting
• Optional: Piping gel

Step 1: Baking cookies

Process the ingredients at room temperature. Knead 500 grams of FunCakes mix for Cookies, the butter and the egg into a dough. Let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Cut out the cookies and bake them in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let the cookies cool.

Step 2: Decorate cookies

Roll out the fondant with a rolling pin on a work surface dusted with powdered sugar (or on a silicone mat). Cut out shapes with the cutters you used to make the cookies. Coat the cookies with piping gel (you can also use a little water mixed with icing sugar) and place the fondant on the cookie. With the edible marker you can make faces on the cookies.
