Ingredients:
- FunCakes Baking Mix for Cupcakes 500g
- FunCakes Musket seed Lots of Love
- FunCakes Choco Drip Red 180g
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray 200ml
- FunCakes Sugar Decoration Heart Red Set/8
- 250g soft unsalted butter
- 5 eggs

Step 1: Bake the turban
Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air oven 160°C) and grease the baking pan with the Bake Release Spray. Process the ingredients at room temperature. Mix 500 grams of FunCakes mix for Cupcakes, the butter and eggs on low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Bake the cake in about 60 minutes until done. If the cake gets too dark during baking, you can cover the top with a piece of aluminum foil. This way the cake cooks but does not get browner.
Check if the cake is done with a skewer, if it comes out clean the cake is done. Let the cake cool in the mold for at least one hour and then dump it on a wire rack. Let cool thoroughly.
Step 2: Decorate the turban with Choco Drip and Musket Seeds
Remove the cap from the Choco Drip. Melt for 15-20 sec in the microwave at 800W max, attach the cap and shake well. Repeat until the drip is completely melted. Clean the cap with warm water after use. Next, drip the top of the cake and immediately sprinkle the musket seeds on top. Then decorate the turban with the sugar decoration. Then let the drip set for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
Once the drip has hardened, you can decorate the cake with PartyDeco's golden heart toppers.
