Other materials for the gender reveal cupcakes:

• 5 eggs
• 250 gram soft unsalted butter
• 250 gram whipping cream
• Ice cream spoon
• Candies in the colour of the gender

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 500 gram FunCakes mix for Cupcakes, 250 gram (cream) butter and 5 eggs (250 gram). Mix the ingredients on low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups, use an icecream scoop to half fill the cups with batter. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for approx. 18-20 minutes. Let them cool down outside the muffin pan.

Use the backside of decorating tip 1M to make a hole in the middle of the cupcakes. Fill the holes with the pink or blue candies and put some cupcake back on top. Beat 150 gram FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream stiff with the whipping cream. Put it in a decorating bag with decorating tip 1M. Pipe nice swirls on top of the cupcakes and decorate them with the baby sugar decorations and pearls.
