The FunCakes Mix for Vegan Cake is ideal for anyone following a plant-based lifestyle who still loves to bake. Just add water and vegetable oil to create a light and fluffy vanilla cake, completely free from animal products. Enjoy it as is or customise with your favourite toppings, fruits or fillings.
This mix is also perfect for making vegan apple pie, carrot cake or cupcakes. Easy to prepare, full of flavour and 100 percent plant-based.

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 400 g of mix with 160 ml of water and 180 ml (160 g) of vegetable oil using a flat beater. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed until smooth. Grease a 25 cm loaf tin or a Ø20 cm round tin. Pour in the batter and bake for approx. 50 to 55 minutes until done. Remove the cake from the tin immediately and allow to cool on a wire rack.
