Make beautiful lace decorations with this gluten free mix from FunCakes! The light coloured lace has a toffee flavour and is ideal for making decorations. Use the lace decorations to decorate cakes, cupcakes and more! The lace is slightly translucent and white in color. On a dark colored background, the lace will be more translucent.

Preparation: Mix 50 g mix with 50 ml water in a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Fill a lace mold with the batter. Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (convection oven 100°C) (or 3-4 hours in open air, outside the oven). To avoid hardening, cover the mix with foil at all times and process within 2 hours. Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
