The FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes makes it easy to bake perfect cupcakes at home. A smooth dome, golden brown colour and soft vanilla texture make them a joy to eat. With a little patience, decorate them with buttercream swirls, fondant or marzipan to turn them into a true celebration treat.
Feeling creative? This mix is also great for mini cupcakes, cake pops or a round or loaf cake. Add FunCakes flavour pastes or food colours to personalise the flavour and look.

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). For 20 to 24 cupcakes: 500 g of mix, 250 g of butter and 5 eggs (250 g). Mix for 4 minutes on low speed until smooth. Place paper baking cups in a muffin tin and fill them halfway. Bake for approx. 18 to 20 minutes until done. For mini cupcakes (40 to 48 pieces with 500 g mix): bake for 12 to 15 minutes. For a cake (25 cm): bake for approx. 60 to 70 minutes at 150 to 160°C (convection oven).
