The FunCakes Mix for Caramel Cake lets you bake a soft, rich cake inspired by the famous Dutch stroopwafel. The mix includes real stroopwafel pieces and a smooth caramel flavour that brings the taste of the Netherlands straight to your kitchen. Whether you choose a loaf cake, round cake or cupcakes, this mix guarantees a delicious result.
Simply add butter, eggs and a little water and your batter is ready to bake. A perfect choice for a Dutch-themed treat or a sweet surprise for guests.

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C). Mix 400 g of mix with 250 g butter, 4 eggs (approx. 220 g) and 3 tablespoons of water. Beat for 4 minutes on low speed until smooth. Grease and flour a 24 cm loaf pan or 20 cm round tin. Pour in the batter and bake for approximately 70 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing. For cupcakes: place approx. 20 paper baking cups in a muffin tray. Fill halfway and bake for about 18 minutes at 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
