This FunCakes set of five colours marzipan taste delicious and is a marzipan that is easy to process. The BLUE marzipan is very flexible and smooth, what makes is great to roll out. The texture is fine and firm after rolling out. It is also possible to lighten the marzipan, mix it with some pale marzipan.

• To cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) you need approx. 500 gram marzipan. Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
• This set contains the following colours of marzipan: Passion Red, Grass Green, Midnight Black, Aqua Blue and Golden Yellow.
