Description

The FunCakes Midnight Black marzipan is a delicious marzipan that easy to process. The black marzipan is very flexible and smooth, what makes is great to roll out. The texture is fine and firm after rolling out. It is also possible to lighten the marzipan, mix it with some pale marzipan.

Flexible and smooth, so easy to roll out!
To cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) you need approx. 500 gram marzipan.
Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
Halal, Kosher D, Gluten free and AZO free.
Content: 250 gram.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, invertase, food acid: E330, natural almond flavour, colour: E153. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soy and egg.This product is Halal, Kosher D and gluten free (NL-090-073) certified.

Instructions
- Knead the marzipan well before use until it feels soft and pliable.
- Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar or use Magic Roll-out Powder.
- Roll out the marzipan to the desired thickness (approx. 3mm).
- Use it to cover your cake or create decorations like flowers, figurines or borders.
