The FunCakes Glaze Topping white is a gel suitable for making mirror top layers on for example Bavarian cakes, desserts and more. It is possible to colour this gel with a food colouring.

• Instructions: for cold use spread with a pallet knife on e.g. Bavarian cakes and desserts. Stir before use.
• Content: 375 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, acidity regulator: E333, flavouring, concentrate (lime), sugar, gelling agent: E406, E415, preservative: E202.

May contain traces of: soy, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
