Description
The Royal Blue food paste van FunCakes is a concentrated food colour paste that is ideal for colouring fondant, marzipan, gum paste and more. Use the blue colouring also to colour modelling paste, flower paste, batter, cookie dough and creams, such as buttercream and Enchanted Cream® a great colour.
The colour paste is also suitable for baking up to 200°C.
Instructions how to use: use a cocktail stick to take some colour paste from the jar. Use a clean stick every time you add more colouring and wipe it off on your marzipan or fondant. For a deeper colour, simply add more paste. Knead well to colour evenly, knead less for a marble effect. Make sure the colouring paste stays in the middle of the mass to prevent your hands getting covered in colour.
Easy to rinse of with water and soap from your hands.

Take a small amount of colour paste from the jar, for example using a cocktail stick. Always use a clean stick if you want to add more colour and wipe it onto your marzipan or fondant. For a darker or deeper colour, use more colour paste. Knead thoroughly for an even colour throughout. If you want a marbled effect, knead less. Make sure the colour paste stays in the centre to prevent too much colour on your hands. Easily remove colour paste from your hands by washing them with water and soap.
