Simply attach the flowers to fondant with a little edible glue or place them in a swirl of buttercream, Enchanted Cream® or another soft topping. Let the chocolate cool slightly until it is no longer too warm, but still soft and sticky. Place the flowers in the desired position and allow the chocolate to set completely in the refrigerator. Once added to a cake, the decorations will also stay looking beautiful in the refrigerator.
