The chocolate melts can be melted au bain-marie or in the micro wave. They are made from real Belgian chocolate. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, 8-20°C.
Due to different temperatures, the melts may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the melts.
Pour the melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate can still be seen). Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!
When you want to use the product to add taste to mousse or bavarois than melt the product in the microwave without following above steps(stir to prevent burning)
