- Various kinds of fruit: apple, kiwi and strawberry
- Baking paper
- Glass
Clean the fruit and cut it into parts. Stick the lollipop sticks into the fruit and place them on a grid. Make the fruit dry with a slice of baking paper or a towel.
Melt 150 gram milk chocolate in the microwave (400 watt). When the chocolate is melted remove the bowl from the microwave and stir till the chocolate is melted. You can also melt the chocolate in a chocolate melter.
Dip the fruit into the melted chocolate and let the harden while standing in a glass. Melt 100 gram flavoured melts and 100 gram white chocolate. Fill two decorating bags with the chocolate and cut of the fop.
Place the fruit pops on a slice of baking paper and make zigzag moves with the chocolate.
