Frozen yogurt pops

Prepare
Other materials for 8 pops:
- 245 gram Greek yogurt naturel
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 4 teaspoons + 85 gram honey
- 40 gram raspberries
- 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Mix 245 gram yogurt, 2 tablespoons cream, 85 gram honing and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
Fill the cavities of the mold with 1 to 1½ teaspoon mixture, lightly tap the mold against work surface to level. Sprinkle some pistachios and a bit of honey over the yogurt. Repeat this until the cavity is full. Stick the lollipop sticks in the yogurt and place the mold in de freezer.
The pops are ready after approx. 6 hours in the freezer.
