Use this Swirly Alphabet and Number Fondant Cutter set to personalise and celebrate your cakes, bakes, cookies and much more. This beautiful, elegant font features uppercase letters and numbers.
The 'Tappit' design is easy to use you simply tap out the letter or number you require from the cutter, and stick with water to your cakes!

- Always use a good quality modelling paste, rolled thinly and allowed to dry for a few minutes for best results. If using Sugar Paste, add a little Tylo or CMC to strengthen the paste and speed up drying.

- Instructions
FMM Tappit Cutters are perfect for cutting out letters, numbers or shapes from fondant, gum paste or flower paste. Follow the steps below for the best results:
- Preferably use gum paste, flower paste, or fondant mixed with Tylo powder or CMC.
- Roll out very thinly on a surface dusted with cornflour or icing sugar, to less than 1mm, so thin you can almost see through it.
- Allow to air dry for a few minutes before cutting. This prevents the paste from being too sticky.
- Press the Tappit cutter firmly into the gum paste, flower paste or fondant.
- Gently rub over the top or roll over it with a small rolling pin to cut out the shape cleanly.
- Tap the Tappit cutter against a hard edge (e.g., the edge of a table or countertop). If rolled thin enough and dried properly before cutting, the shape will fall out easily. If not, use a cocktail stick to gently release it.
- Let the decorations dry briefly.
- Attach them to your cakes, cupcakes or cookies with edible glue or water.
Tips for the best results!
- Lightly dust the cutter with cornflour to prevent sticking.
- Work on a smooth surface for sharp edges.
