How to use:
Cut out the shape of fondant and use the back of a rolling pin to smooth the edges. Cover half of shape with edible glue and paste to each other. Carefully roll up the fondant in your hand and fold out the petals. To make smaller ranunculus, cut the shape into smaller piece and use the same method.
Size large cutter: approx. 14 x 5 cm.

- Instructions
This cutter is specially designed to quickly and easily create flowers for cake and cupcake decoration, even if you have little experience making flowers.
You will need the following tools and ingredients: cutter from the ‘The Easiest’ series, gum paste, flower paste or fondant mixed with Tylo powder or CMC, rolling pin, cornstarch or icing sugar, foam pad, ball tool (optional, for thinning edges), edible glue, colour dust.
- Knead the paste until smooth and roll out on a smooth surface to approximately 1mm thick.
- Press the cutter firmly into the rolled-out paste to cut the shape.
- Gently rub over the top or roll over with a small rolling pin to ensure the shape is fully cut.
- Lift the cutter and carefully remove the shape. Use a cocktail stick or modelling tool if needed to release the edges neatly.
- Place the cut flower on a foam pad and shape as desired with a ball tool.
- Fold the cut-out shape lengthwise and roll up the flower. Slightly bend the petals outward to give the flower shape.
- Allow to dry well and attach the decoration with edible glue to a cake, cupcake or cookie.
Tips for best results!
- Let the rolled-out paste air-dry for 1–2 minutes before cutting to prevent sticking.
- For more depth in flowers: colour the edges with colour dust before attaching the decoration.
- Always work on a smooth surface for sharp, clean cut edges.
