- Two glass bowls
- Spoons
Divide the two colours chocolate melts over the two bowls. Melt the chocolate on low heat in the microwave. Stir every 15 seconds, otherwise they will burn!
Fill two decorating bags with the coloured melts. Tie a knot at the end of the piping bag so that the chocolate doesn’t come out. Cut a small tip of the bag.
First fill the inside of the flowers, make sure you don’t make it to full. After that you fill up the cavity with the other colour. Take a stick and add this in the mold and turn in a bit, so that the stick sticks. Place the mold in the fridge and you will have delicious fruit chocolate lollipops within half an hour. Stick them for severing in a dummy.
