With the Fackelmann Cooking String White 42m, you can easily tie meat, poultry, vegetables and dough into the desired shape while cooking, roasting, grilling or baking. The cotton kitchen string helps hold ingredients together, keeping filled preparations closed and helping food retain its shape during cooking.

The Fackelmann Cooking String White 42m is also surprisingly useful for baking. For example, it can be used to cut a roll of cinnamon rolls or other rolled dough into neat portions without flattening the dough with a knife. Simply slide the string underneath the roll, cross the ends over the top and pull them together for a clean cut.
