The Dr. Oetker Pink Glaze has a deliciously sweet flavour and is used as topping on cupcakes, pastries and other baked goods. You can easily prepare the pink glaze with some hot water.

• One bag is enough for approx. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake.
• Contents: 125g

Directions: Put the bag of pink glaze in a bowl with plenty of hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes, make sure to keep the bag submerged in the water. Remove the bag from the water and knead the bag of pink glaze well. Cut off the top of the bag and pour the liquid pink glaze over the cooled baked good. If necessary, smooth the glaze out with a flat knife. Let the glaze cool off for about 30 minutes.
