With Dr. Oetker Pink Icing, you can easily give cupcakes, cakes, mille-feuilles and other baked goods a sweet, cheerful topping. This icing tastes delicious and is ideal for adding a festive finish to your creations. Simply prepare it with a little hot water and decorate it immediately after application with sprinkles or sugar pearls, for example.

- Ready to use after 5 minutes in hot water.
- Contents: 125 g, enough for approx. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake.
Place the sachet of pink glaze in a bowl of hot, but not boiling, water and make sure it is fully submerged. Leave it for 5 minutes to warm up. Then remove the sachet and knead it well to ensure a smooth consistency.
Cut open the sachet at the marked line. Pour the liquid glaze over your cooled bake and smooth with a knife if needed. Allow the glaze to set for about 30 minutes before serving.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, preservative: E202, emulsifier: E473, flavouring, colour: E120.
Store in a cool, dry place.
