With the Dr. Oetker Pastry Icing, you can make your cakes, cookies, cupcakes, millefeuilles and other baked treats even more delicious and decorative. This glaze is full of flavour and easy to prepare using only hot water. It''s the ideal base for decorating cakes, as sprinkles stick perfectly to the surface. Add decorations while the glaze is still soft for the best result.

Place the sachet of glaze in a bowl with enough hot, but not boiling, water. Make sure the sachet is fully submerged and leave it for 5 minutes. Then remove the sachet and knead it well to ensure a smooth texture.
Cut off the top of the sachet at the marked line. Pour the liquid glaze over your cooled baked goods and smooth it with a knife if needed. Let the glaze set for about 30 minutes.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, preservative: E202, emulsifier: E473.
Store in a cool, dry place.
