Description
The Dr. Oetker Mounchou cake with bottom is a delicious mix to easily make a Monchou cake yourself. This deliciously creamy cake with a crumbly base will be well appreciated. When serving, the Monchou cake can be decorated with fresh fruits of your choice!
- Bake a delicious natural Monchou cake with the Dr. Oetker's Mix for MonChou cake with a base.
- Only add Monchou, whipped cream, butter/margarine and water.
- Content: 385 g
Preparation: Process the ingredients at room temperature. Place the baking paper on the bottom of a springform with a diameter of 24 cm. Melt 60g of butter in a pan; when it has melted completely, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the contents of the back of crumb mixture. Then cover the bottom of the springform evenly with the mixture and press it down with the rounded side of a spoon. Put 200g Monchou in a bowl and mix it with a mixer for 1 minute on the highest setting until smooth. Then add 100ml water and the cake mix and mix this on the middle position until smooth. Then you add 250ml of whipped cream and beat it for 1 ½ minutes on the middle position until it becomes light and fluffy. Spread the mixture over the cake base and leave the cake to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, decorate the Monchout cake with fresh fruits of your choice!
