Deliciously chewy brownies are easy to make with this complete Dr. Oetker set. The brownies are crunchy on the outside and fudge on the inside, making them irresistibly delicious for any chocolate lover!

• Just add butter/margarine and water.

Preparation: Use all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air oven 160°C) with the grid in the middle and fold in the enclosed baking tin. Mix 50g of butter until soft and creamy with a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add the brownie mix and 100ml water to the butter and mix everything together on the lowest setting. Then mix it all together for 1 minute on the middle setting until you have a smooth batter. Carefully pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake the brownies for 40 minutes. The brownie is done when the top is nice and shiny, the whole thing has caved in a little, and the inside is still slightly moist. Let the brownies cool in the baking tin.
