Easily stabilize your whipped cream with the Dr. Oetker Klop-Fix. Ideal for making beautiful whipped cream cakes.
- One sachet is sufficient for 250 ml whipped cream.
- While whipping, add the contents of one sachet to 250 ml of cold whipping cream, optionally with sugar and/or Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar. Then whip the cream until it is firm enough.
- Ideal for decorating cakes, desserts, and more.
Dextrose, modified starch: E1412, anti-caking agent: E341.
