Get to work making delicious chocolate chip cookies! With this mix you can make 8 large or 16 small cookies with delicious milk chocolate pieces. After baking the cookies are nice and crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot air oven 180°C). Mix 100g butter soft in a bowl with a mixer. Add the cookie mix and 1 egg. Mix everything into a dough with a mixer fitted with dough hooks. Then mix the chocolate chips into the dough. Roll out the dough into a 20cm strip, or roll out 2 thinner strips of 20cm for 16 biscuits, and cut these into 8 slices. Place all the slices on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes. When the chocolate chip cookies come out of the oven they are still soft, so leave them on the baking tray for 5 minutes and then leave them on a cooling rack for another 30 minutes.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, raising agent: E500, E450, dextrose, caramel, starch (wheat), modified starch (potato), thickener: E415, salt, flavouring, sugar, cocoa mass, milk powder (whole), cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322.

Remove the baking tray from the oven and preheat the oven to 180 °C fan. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and mix it briefly with a mixer until soft. Then add the cookie mix and the egg and knead everything with the dough hooks into a cohesive dough. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
Roll the dough into a log of about 20 cm and cut it into 8 equal slices. Place the slices on the baking tray and slide it into the centre of the preheated oven. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Please note: the cookies are still soft when you take them out of the oven. Let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking tray first, then for about another 30 minutes on a wire rack, so they can firm up.
