With the Dr. Oetker Choco Icing you can easily create a crispy layer of dark chocolate on cake, bakes, muffins, brownies and cookies. Thanks to the added cocoa powder, this glaze has a rich chocolate flavour. Simply warm the sachet in hot water and it’s ready to use. If you want to add decorations like sprinkles, do so immediately after applying the glaze while it’s still soft.

- Contents: 100 g, enough for approx. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake.
Place the sachet of choco glaze in a bowl of hot, but not boiling water. Make sure the sachet remains fully submerged and leave it for 5 minutes. Then remove it from the water and knead it well to make the glaze smooth and even.
Cut off the top of the sachet at the marked line. Pour the liquid glaze over your cooled bake and smooth it out with a knife if needed. Let the glaze set for about 30 minutes.
Vegetable oil (palm, shea), sugar, cocoa powder (19%) (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower).
May contain traces of: milk and nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place.
